Summer is right around the corner! Join us for our more relaxed sustaining season starting June 20, 2015 at 7:30 AM. The sustaining program is for more established runners and walkers looking to maintain their fitness without having a set training program. We meet at 8023 Green Lake Dr. N., Seattle, WA. Route schedules coming soon.
Seattle Walk Run is dedicated to training both walkers and runners to achieve their goals. We provide training programs for those who wish to run, to walk, to run and to walk. We prepare you for a half or full marathon. Our walk-to-run program combines walking and running with a planned transition to longer periods of running as you move on in the season.
