What Do We Do?
Seattle Walk Run is a non-profit training organization dedicated to supporting our members to reach their fitness goals. We train members to run a Half or Full Marathon or walk a Half Marathon. Our goal is to get you to the start line in a friendly, non-intimidating and injury-free way.
Prepare for Training
Look under the “Routes” tab and print the “Map” and “Description” documents for the relevant date and distance (Half v Full program). Bring these documents with you. You should also bring a cell phone, some cash and some source of hydration (can be as simple as a bottle of water).
