Seattle Walk Run is dedicated to training both walkers and runners to achieve their goals. We provide a training program for runners who want to complete a Half or Full Marathon and walkers who want to complete a Half Marathon.

Our approach to helping you achieve your goals is friendly, supportive, encouraging and educational. We provide weekly training schedules, Saturday morning group runs (or walks), great coaches and informational seminars given by experts.

If you join us and stay with the program you will achieve your goal. In the process you’ll meet other people like you, make new friends and have a lot of fun achieving your goal.

Regardless of your current level of fitness, be it a couch-potato, walker, casual jogger or marathon veteran, the program at Seattle Walk Run will provide you with the support and encouragement to get into the best shape of your life.
