Seattle Walk Run has full and half marathon training for all levels.
–Runners who want to follow a systematic weekly training program. The end goal is to build endurance and learn strategies to complete half and full marathon distance by the end of the program.
-Walk to Run will loosely follow the principles of the Jeff Galloway training, where they use frequent and consistent walk breaks to increase stamina and prevent injury.
-Walkers follow a viable walking program based on excellent coaching. For a variety of reasons, not everyone is a runner. So our program helps walkers train for the Half Marathon with less risk of injury and an improvement in speed and performance. There is nothing like receiving your medal for completing a Half Marathon.
